Here are the fun things Levi is doing at 11 months old.
*He is so fast at army crawling and people are always commenting on how fast he gets around.
*He has started to pull himself up.
*His favorite word to babble is, "mamamamama" and will repeat it when we start saying it. It is so sweet even though he isn't aware of what he is saying yet.
*He has started this new fake crying thing and does it mostly during dinner time. It is so hilarious. He close his eyes, scrunches up his face and acts like he is crying. I *think* he has picked it up from us teaching Kayla not to whine since we mimic whining to show her what it is.

*He still gets up to nurse around 4-5 am. He nurses on one side for about 5 mintues and then goes right back to sleep. I guess I could break this habit and let him cry it out but I figure since it has been 10-11 hours since his last feeding he probably is a little hungry. Both J and K did this same exact thing and broke the habit themselves right around 12 months. So hopefully we only have a month left.
*He nurses 5 times in a 24 hour period and chows down on table food. I can not even believe how much he eats sometimes.
*His morning nap is about 1/1.5 hours and afternoon nap is usually 2 hours and he is in bed by 6:30 p.m.
*When we ask him where his tongue is he starts playing with his tongue or he sticks it out and then gets so excited when we clap for him!
*He have been doing some baby sign language with him. We are only doing more and pelase right now. There have been a few times where I think he has tried sigining more but I am not totally sure. But you can definitely tell that he knows they mean something.
*He is starting to clap.
*I often have to avoid eye contact with him while he is nursing because when I look at him, even with a straight face, he just starts belly laughing and then becomes too distracted to finish eating. He has also started blowing raspberries when he nurses.
*He sure does have quite the fan club in his brother and sister. They both adore him so much that it is unreal sometimes. Kayla is so cute calling him the little nicknames she hears us calling him. She also makes up her own nicknames. My favorite is when she calls him, "baby buddy." I have heard them fight over whose baby he is, "He is my baby." "No mine!" They are both so excited to see him when he gets up in the mornings and he is just as excited to see them. He searches for them and then kicks his little legs when he sees them.
Now for some pictures.
Fun at the splash park.
Getting into the cupboards.
He loves climbing oer this table.
Playing in the house Joshua built.
Taking a little dip in the pool.
Kayla is such a little Mommy at heart.
His other favorite place to crawl through.
When he spots something he wants he crawls with all his might to try to get up and over us.
Loves playing with this plant.
Sharing a little snack.
*He loves pulling Kayla's hair. At first she was really patient with him and replied back with a sweet, "careful baby" but now I think it is getting a little old. I don't blame her, he seriously pulls chunks out. OUCH!
A few hours before Levi was born Omah sent a picture to Daniel with a picture of Kayla in this same swing saying that they were all waiting for Levi to be born. And now here he is swinging in that same swing.
Blessed to be this guys Mommy.
