Christmas Part 2

We spent Chrsitmas Day with just our family.  It was such a perfect, peaceful, and relaxing time.

Joshua LOVES mustard.  And I mean loves it.  So he was thrilled
to get a bottle of it in his stocking.

Showing me his smelly stickers.

Every year Daniel gets me an ornament that usually represents
something from the past year.  This is what my ornament was this year.
HA!  I am sure I will laugh at this next year as I am puling it out.

I love Joshua's face in this picture.  I love watching the kids share in
the excitement of others.

Singing Happy B-day to Jesus.

So the back story on this is that Uncle Andrew got a salt gun to kill flies with while we had Christmas at Omah's house.  Of course the boys (Daniel and Andrew) had to try it out on themselves.  So when Joshua got new bullets for his Nerf gun he wanted to be like the big guys and have Daddy shoot him in his back.  Boys will be boys!
Joshua saw this Lego kit at the store and really, really wanted it so he decided to save his money for it.  $50 dollars is a lot of money to save when you hardly get any money to begin with.  So he was so happy when he received it as a gift.

Such a fun time celebrating the birth of Christ and seeing the magic through their sweet little eyes.

Christmas Part 1

We kicked off our Christmas celebrations by spending two days and one night and Omah and Papa's house.

Stockings.

The kids put on a Christmas play for us and they all did a fabulous job!

Kayla just loved being in the play.

We spent Christmas Eve with my mom.

Mimi made them a Chrsitmas fort complete with lights an all.  They absolutely loved it!

Cheers!
