Happy 4th B-day my boy

Happy birthday Levi,

You are one amazing boy and we all adore you.  You love your big brother and sister and love playing with them.  You look up to them both so much and it makes my heart so happy.  

You LOVE, and I mean LOVE to help Daddy do projects.  You also enjoy helping Mommy in the kitchen.  You are always so proud of your work too.  

You are really great at expressing your love for others.  You are often telling us how much you love us.  You sure do wear your heart on your sleeve.  

You are a big eater often out eating me!  

You love to be told that you are big and strong.  

You absolutely love playing trains and wrestling.  

I love when we ask you to do something or you are challenged to something you respond with, "that's easy."  

Oh Levi, you are just so much fun!  You are brave and so fearless.  There isn't anything that you can't do...or at least try to do.  I like to say that if you can climb it, you will and if you can't....you still will. You often tell me often, "I was made to do hard things." Why yes, yes you were my spirited boy. I love that when you put your mind to do something there is no stopping you. I hope you are always as tenacious as you are now and always have the confidence to wrestle a bear...and yes, you truly believe that you can wrestle a bear.

4 Year Well Baby Stats:

My favorite comments from your appointment were the nurse saying what a solid boy you were.  And then When you were given the option of where you wanted your shot, either in the leg or arm, I asked if there was an advantage to one and she said, "we just need a lot of muscles which he has plenty of."  You also didn't even cry for your shot which you were so proud of.  We were too tough guy!

Happy B-day Levi Boy

Birthdays are so, so, so much fun at this age.  Levi just couldn't wait for this day!

As a surprise for his firetruck party our local fire department showed.  They were awesome.  They let all the kdis get in the truck, gave our hats and sticker badges and showed us all the truck and equipment.

Levi ran inside to grab his Legos that he had got from us easrlier that morning to show the firemen. 

 

The morning of his b-day we celebrated with cinnamon rolls.

Looking at the ant farm he got for his b-day.  As Daniel was putting the ants in he was so tickled and said, "my pet ants."

August Fun

Pancakes for all...literally.

Joshua found this snakes on the side of house.  

I wouldn't let him get near it until Daniel got home so he stood guard and kept his eye on it from a distance.  

Kayla wrote her name with marker on our porch.  I quick snapped a picture...

...and then made her scrub her work.  

She laid out her clothes for the next day.  The head cracks me up.  Silly girl.  

Snake hunters.  

They figured out what they pegs on the bikes are for.  

Owning the skate park at only 3 years old.  

This girl is the Candyland Queen.  It is the game of chance and she wins about 95% of the time.  

This is what dinner looks like at our house.  Lots of giggles.

Frist Day of School 2018

On the morning of the first day of school we discovered that we couldn't get any of his school shorts to fit over his cast.

Look at Levi...he is cant wait until he goes to school.

This girl has been waiting for this day since last year.  She was made for school. 

And just like that, she is off to school.
