Joshua has recently started making paper airplanes. We gave him a book that shows you how to make different types and he is so good at following the instructions. He whips up planes crazy fast.
When planes are over taking the house your sister sets up a plane shop and sells them :)
His own creation. Pretty impressive.
"Me bird."
We have a hard time getting Joshua to break his thumb sucking habit at night. He came up with his own plan from a book he heard. He decided I should give him 10 pennies every morning and I would take away a penny anytime I saw him sucking his thumb. Sounded too easy but since it was his idea we were hopeful. So we tried it and it worked! We went to Smart Cow to celebrate. He said we should bring gifts. In his own words, small gifts though not like his b-day. The night before we went he told us once they were in bed I could go to the store to buy something and then when I got back daddy could go to the store to buy something.
Dressed herself in a sweet summer dress over her winter clothes.
She loves wearing Mimi's lipstick.
I like how Joshua is wathing her.
Joshua was creating his own recipe book. He asked if he could make a recipe from his book. I cringed but I finally let him. It is how they learn right?!
He wanted to make cookies. It included a lot of baking soda, food coloring, water, choclate sauce, and whipped cream. The batter turned our real watery so we added a ton of flour and decided to turn them into muffins.
The final product. He liked them, me, not so much.
Wathicng a show at Mimi's house.

My big boy so excited to carry his won backpack.
Kayla and Joshua go to kids worship together and then split off into their own classes. They love being able to go to worship together.
Funny Levi story from this month. He woke up from nap one day crying. When I asked hi what was wrong he told me, "Car cart broken." He must have had a bad dream about his favorite shopping cart breaking. He also got stuck in a chair. He put his head through the bottom wrung and was crying. I had to use a screw driver to take apart the chair. Poor boy. Afterwards I was holding him and he sniffled, "scared."
