Kansas City Trip

Over Joshua's fall break we took a road trip to Kansas City to have some fun with cousins. 

They discovered something.

The ultimate act of love...sharing Monkey. 

 Of course we had to visit the rope park.  IT is only the best park ever!

 

 Lego Land was a huge hit!  As soon as we got back home in CO the firs thing the kids did was go in the basement to make their own Lego Land. 

 

And they are out! 

Holyoke

Daddy and Uncle Andrew went hunting so we took a trip to Holyoke to see Great Grandpa.  Omah, Papa, Aunt Anna and Jeremiah also came. 

This was the longest "road trip" I have taken with the kids by myself. 

We picked Joshua up from school and I surprised them with Pizza Doodle for lunch and then off we went. 

The kids just love going to Holyoke.

 I love these pictures of them playing in the leaves.  Pure joy!

  Grandma has a display case of such fun old fashion toys.  The kids love looking at them.  Omah opened up the cabinet and let them hold some of the toys.  What a special treat. 

The kids are already asking when we are going to go back to Holyoke.  Kayla is convinced that when she gets older she is going to live in the Holyoke house and Daddy is going to live in her basement.  Kayla and Levi do a lot of pretend playing at home that includes Grandpa and going to Holyoke.  Warms my heart.
