September

September brought us our first broken bone. Two days before school (and 15 minutes before we were going to leave for his first ever flag football practice) he broke his arm playing American Ninja Warrior.  He was seen at 2 different ER's, had 2 attempted resets, woke up during one of the resets, threw up, traumatizing experience with the IV, and didn't get to bed until around 3am ,but he handled it all so well and is adjusted quite well. He even learned how to use his head to stabilize his bowl while he scooped his oatmeal out with his good hand. Thankfully no surgery was required.

Sweet friends brought him a get well basket.

Celebrating the first day of school with a cookie cake.

Homeschooling fun with Levi.

Teaching her to play Candyland with her lovies was the best thing I even did.  She wants to play 100 times a day.

Mommy and Kayla.

Banana boats for the letter B.

Well, I guess he could be eating cookies in the pantry instead of vegetables.

We surprised Joshua by showing up at school and having lunch with him.  He said, "This is the best school day ever."  So glad we could make his day!

Selling Butter Braids.  Who can resist a cub scout with a broken arm?!

My poor sickie baby.

5 o'clock kitchen dance party.

Touch a Truck.

I love how he is trying to look over the steering wheel.

He was in awe.  He loves cement trucks.
