May

After completing this puzzle with Levi he said, "I'm just going to look at it."  Then he laid there and admired his work.

If he can climb...he will.

See, I told you.

Kayla graduated from her cubbies class at AWANAS.  She completed her book and received a special award.  She was so excited for this ceremony and was just so cute singing her song.

Dinner on the deck with Jeremiah.

She is so cute I can hardly stand it.

Sweet siblings.

First night sleeping in his new big boy bed.  He is showing me how excited he is.

Trying on her school uniform for next year.  Can you tell she is excited?!

These two are the best of friends!  They love each other so much!

Staring contest.

Only in Holyoke would you see this in someone's front yard.

Mother's Day ice cream.  Love my babes!

May brought our first visit to the E.R.  Levi fell off of his bed and busted his lip.  He had a big gash on the outside of his lip and a pretty deep one on the inside.  It was a pretty traumatic incident.  We had just put the kids to bed when I heard the thud followed by crying.  I have never seen so much blood from one injury.  It was everywhere.  As soon as I picked him up I could feel that I was soaked with blood.  Joshua came out of his room and just started bawling.  Daniel came and took over and Joshua asked if I would lay with him.  He was really worried about his brother.

Our neighbor who is a nurse took a look at him and said he better take him in.  Once we saw the gash on the inside of his lip we definitely agreed.  Once we were seen we learned that they don't usually stitch the inside of the mouth.  I never knew that.

While I took Levi to the E.R.  Daniel prayed for him with Kayla and Joshua.  Joshua said, "I have already prayed but I will pray a thousand times more."  As they were praying he was closing his eyes so tight.

On the way to the E.R. Levi asked so pitifully, "what are they going to do to me?"

He was a champ and didn't cry one time there.  One person we were seen by said his shirt looked like he was straight from a horror film.

As soon as we go the all clear Levi was out the door before I could finish my sentence.  He was ready to get home.  I was too, we didn't get home until 10:30 pm.  As we were walking to the car Levi said, "It is getting dark out."

Loving her new bubble wand from Aunt Amy.

Field Day!  When Joshua saw me he ran and jumped into my arms and gave me a big hug. I am soaking up these days that he loves having me at his school.

Joshua has two or the cutest fans at Field Day.

We had a robin build a nest and lay some eggs under our deck.  It has been so much fun to watch.

My little snake hunter had the time of his life when he happened upon this big guy out in the open space behind our house.  He called me telling me he found a huge snake.  I had no idea it was this huge.  I told him not to touch it.  Joshua was surprisingly really calm and just kept his eye on it until Daniel got him.  The snake was hiding in a hole.  Daniel got home shortly after and went down to help him catch it.

So proud to be sweeping for daddy.

Setting up the camcorder he got for his b-day to record himself doing American Ninja Warrior on the playset.

Taking my boy to Aunt Diane's house to go to a Rockies game with his cousins.  Why does he look so big?

Swimming with Aunt Amy.

Joshua and Daddy doing the Epic Tower.  Joshua loves laying American Ninja Warrior so this was super fun for him.  They spent a few hours up there.
